Terms and Conditions

By accepting a quote or invoice from Estetika Design Studio CC (CC/2026/11773), or by placing an order with us in any form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. About Us

Estetika Design Studio CC is a registered close corporation in Namibia (CC/2026/11773), operating as a textile and wallcovering print studio based in Windhoek, Namibia. We offer bespoke printed textiles and wallcoverings, including designs from our curated range and custom commissions.

2. Orders and Quotes

All orders begin with a formal quote issued by Estetika Design Studio CC. A quote is valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Acceptance of a quote — whether by written confirmation, payment of a deposit, or any other instruction to proceed — constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Custom and Bespoke Work

We offer both ready-to-order designs from our collection and fully bespoke commissions. For custom work, the scope, design brief, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before production commences.

Client-Supplied Artwork

Where a client supplies their own artwork or files for printing, the client accepts full responsibility for the quality and suitability of those files. Estetika Design Studio CC will not be held liable for any print quality issues — including but not limited to resolution, colour, detail loss, or distortion — arising from client-supplied artwork. The client confirms they hold all necessary rights to any artwork submitted for printing.

4. Substrates and Materials

Available fabric and wallcovering substrates are listed on our website or will be discussed and confirmed during the quoting process. Substrate availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. Any confirmed substrate will be specified on your quote.

5. Deposit and Payment

A deposit is required before production commences on all orders. The deposit amount will be confirmed on your quote and may vary depending on the nature and value of the project.

Full payment of the remaining balance is required before any order is released for delivery or collection.

All prices are quoted in Namibian dollars (NAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Production and Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on the nature of the order — whether it is a ready-to-order design or a custom commission, and the availability of materials at the time of order. An estimated lead time will be communicated at the time of quoting. Lead times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Estetika Design Studio CC will not be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to material supply delays or equipment issues.

7. Colour and Print Quality

We make every effort to match colours as closely as possible between digital proofs and printed output. However, clients should note that:

• Colour rendering varies between screens and print.

• The substrate itself significantly affects the final colour. Natural or unbleached fabrics will produce a warmer, more muted result; bleached synthetic substrates such as polyester will produce a more vibrant output.

• Exact colour matching between a screen preview and a printed textile cannot be guaranteed.

By approving a digital proof or signing off on a project, the client accepts these inherent variations as part of the textile printing process.

8. Proofing and Client Sign-Off

A digital proof will be provided for all orders prior to production. Production commences only once the client has given written approval of the proof.

No reprints will be issued for projects that have received client sign-off, or for any custom work — including projects using client-supplied artwork — where the client has approved the proof.

Clients are responsible for carefully checking all proofs before approval. Estetika Design Studio CC accepts no liability for errors approved by the client.

9. Quality Check at Delivery

All orders are checked by Estetika Design Studio CC before release. Any fabric faults or printing errors must be noted at the time of delivery or collection. Claims raised after delivery or collection has been accepted will not be considered.

10. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has commenced.

If an error in production is confirmed to be the fault of Estetika Design Studio CC and is raised at the time of delivery, we will work with the client to find a reasonable resolution, which may include a reprint at our discretion.

11. Delivery and Installation

Delivery Options

Orders may be collected from our studio in Windhoek, or arranged for delivery. Both options are available and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Transport Fee

For delivery or installation at locations outside Windhoek, a transport fee will be charged at a rate per kilometre, confirmed on your quote.

Wallcovering Installation

Installation by our technicians is included in the price for wallcovering orders within Namibia. Installation is not available for orders outside Namibia.

National and International Orders

We currently service clients across Namibia. International shipping is available on request — a custom shipping quote will be provided. Please note that wallcovering installation is not available outside Namibia, and international clients are responsible for arranging their own installation.

Estetika Design Studio CC is not liable for any damage to goods that occurs during transit by a third-party courier or shipping service.

12. Intellectual Property

All original designs created by Estetika Design Studio CC remain the intellectual property of Estetika Design Studio CC unless a separate written agreement transfers ownership to the client.

Designs from our Historic Works collection are reproduced from public domain artworks. Estetika Design Studio CC holds the rights to its own adaptations, colourways, and print files for these designs.

The client may not reproduce, resell, or sublicense any design supplied by Estetika Design Studio CC without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

Estetika Design Studio CC's liability to the client shall not exceed the total value paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from our products or services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an order placed with Estetika Textile Design and Print Studio CC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

Estetika Design Studio CC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the date of your order acceptance applies to that order.
